Aeolus Brand Neo All Roads D+, Neo All Roads S, Neo Urban G
Are Covered by the Unconditional warranty upto the initial tread wear of 30%.
Fair Compensation is extended by Aeolus Tyre against any failure/damages that makes the tyre unserviceable during the normal usage .
This warranty covers the tyre purchased within one year or upto 30% tread wear, whichever is earlier. Original bill or digital copy of the bill is must to register the warranty online . Online warranty is applicable for all the purchases made from Brandmark Enterprises. Damaged tyre must be presented for the warranty claim.
A nominal inspection / handling fee of Rs 500 will be charged against every claim tyre and duly freight paid damaged tyre is required to be send to Aeolus Tyre Bhiwandi warehouse.
The warranty however does not covers the following conditions :
- One Year after purchase or more than 30% tread wear.
- Any willfull damaged caused.
- Tyre repaired or vulcanised.
- Wrong Tube/Flap/Rim fitted.
- Reparable punctures and minor cuts.
- Any consequential lossor damage to person or property.
- Damaged caused due to natural clamity.
- Wrong application
CONDITIONS
- Failed tyre shall be the property of Aeolus Tyres India OPC Pvt Ltd.
- Decision of Inspection and NSD award shall be final by the authorised representative of the Aeolus Tyre India OPC Pvt. Lrd.
- Dispute, if any subject to the Juridiction of Rewari Courts.
